In your first PT session, we take you through a full-body functional, strength, fitness, and mobility assessment — plus body measurements and goal setting. This helps us tailor your plan and track your progress effectively over time.
Each session is one-on-one with your personal trainer and fully personalised to your goals, body, and current fitness level. Expect a combination of strength, mobility, and cardio work — with plenty of support and encouragement along the way.
You’ll receive a personalised meal plan tailored to your body, goals, and preferences — including portion-calculated recipes, shopping lists, and practical guidance to make nutrition feel simple and sustainable.
